FairCharge welcomes the confirmation that the Government remains committed to its targets to phase out new petrol and diesel car sales from 2030 as set out in the Powering Up Britain policy paper published by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
Following the missed opportunities in the Spring Budget, the announcement on Green Day regarding the ZEV mandate and its trajectory consultation figures is the sign the EV industry in the UK needed to regain confidence in the sector.
