The charter calls for reliable, easily accessible charging solutions and includes demands such as contactless payments, a 99% charger reliability guarantee, 48-hour repair turnaround, and clear signage and pricing at charging stations. The initiative, based on feedback from EV drivers, seeks government and industry support to improve the UK's charging infrastructure and policies.
